This workshop is designed to introduce you to a training method designed to teach you to use your deep core muscles with a focus on back and core mobility, strengthening and flexibility - which in turn will lead to better posture and aim to alleviate back pain.

The WORKSHOP will include:
✅A basic postural analysis
✅A one hour session with targeted moves for your back
✅A 6 week exercise plan to follow and use at home with progressions included
✅A max. of 5 clients per workshop
✅Individual attention to ensure quality of movement

If you have a DIAGNOSED back condition - please get clearance from your GP or physio before commencing in an exercise programme of any kind.
This workshop is not intended to be diagnostic and good general health is recommended.

This workshop is designed to introduce you to a training method that will teach you to use your deep core muscles with a focus on back and core mobility, strengthening and flexibility - which in turn will lead to better posture and aim to alleviate any back pain and reduce injury.

The WORKSHOP will include:
✅A basic postural analysis
✅A one hour session with targeted moves for your back and core strength and flexibility and mobility of your spine
✅A 6 week exercise plan to follow and use at home with progressions included
✅A max. of 4 clients per workshop
✅Individual attention to ensure quality of movement

This workshop is designed to introduce you to a training method designed to teach you to use your deep core muscles with a focus on core strength and control, which leads to improved posture to enable a more efficient running technique and better injury prevention plus upper back work to support head when running.

Research has suggested that introducing Pilates into your training can have many benefits - stronger core muscles lead to better stability, better stability improves technique, better technique improves your efficiency and better posture will reduce injury likelihood

The WORKSHOP will include:
✅A basic postural analysis
✅A one hour session with targeted moves to support your running
✅A 6 week exercise plan to follow and use at home with progressions included
✅A max. of 5 clients per workshop
✅Individual attention to ensure quality of movement

Post baby aftercare workshop for YOU

Having a baby takes a lot out of you - both mentally and physically.

 

This Workshop is the perfect place to do the following:
💜Get some ME time just for you (aromatherapy candles and relaxing music)
💜Gently reintroduce your body to exercise safely and gently
💜Learn some pelvic floor exercises that are fun to do
💜Complete a one hour session of safe and adaptable Pilates exercises
💜Go away with a 6 week plan to follow at home around baby and life!!
💜Ask any questions about safely exercising again
💜Diastasis recti - discuss safe exercises for repair and recovery

 

To attend this workshop you must have had your 6 week check with your GP and be cleared to exercise again! (If you have had a C section - just get in touch to discuss this)
