The guild of pre and post natal exercise instructors
Welcome to GlowFitness Pregnancy online......
Hi! welcome to my online pregnancy and Postnatal fitness studio! Here you can trial a free 30 minute taster pregnancy fitness Pilates session and if you enjoy the session you can purchase any of the home workout videos to use at home, as many times as you like and at a time that suits you best!
The library is new and will be added to monthly to eventually include trimester specific workouts, Postnatal workouts, different styles including low impact cardio, fitness Pilates and strength. Some videos will also use equipment like a resistance band, mini pilates ball and swiss ball.
ALL workouts are pregnancy safe for a healthy and normal pregnancy. When starting any new exercise please consult your midwife or health professional to ensure they support your decision based upon their knowledge of your individual needs.
Before purchasing any videos please read through the disclaimer and contraindications list below, as these will flag up health reasons to not exercise in your pregnancy.
Please do get in touch if you have any questions at all! My email is-
Pre and postnatal exercise
Working with women at all life stages is an important part of GlowFitness. Women should feel supported and encouraged to exercise throughout pregnancy and also be supported on a return to exercise postpartum. The most up to date research and advice now supports women to exercise in pregnancy and evidence supports a healthier pregnancy and potentially easier birth process. Please do get in touch regarding this topic as I am always happy to advise you accordingly.
This could mean not stopping what you already do! But working with safe modifications and regressions.
